  1. General
    1. the v2mixer doesn't require the  system configure support, such windows registry, linux etc.
    2. v2mixer support portable, such into USB disk, running anywhere.
  2. Install v2Mixer
    1. Apple macOS
      1. portable mode
        1. double click the v2mixer-macos-x86_64.tgz, orright menu select open by archive
        2. go in the v2mixer folder
        3. running the v2mixer video editor
    2. Microsoft Windows
      1. store mode
        1. since windows 10 you can search and install the v2mixer in the microsoft store
      2. installer mode
        1. double click the v2mixer-win-x86_64.exethat you download from v2mixer official
        2. select the target directory  you want install to.
        3. follow the instructions to complete the installation.
      3. portable mode
        1. right click  v2mixer-win-x86_64.zipselect Extract All...
        2. select the target directory  you want install to. for example the desktop
    3. Linux
      1. ready depends
        1. xorg-server, such libX11, libxext, libxcb, libXau.. and glibc are required
        2. the vdpau, vaapi(libva), aom, svt-av1, vpx, opus, zlib... are NOT required.
      2. portable mode
        1. window manager way
          1. double click v2mixer-linux-x86_64.tgz
          2. click Extract
          3. select the target directory  you want install to. for example the desktop
        2. terminal way, command example:
          tar -xpf ~/v2mixer-linux-x86_64.tgz
      3. native portable, use native version jre and ffmpeg compile by your distribution will better than v2mixer official. such ffmpeg may more codec supported.
        1. get the v2mixer portable mode above
        2. (option) install java, java 1.8 or higher
          1. delete v2mixer/bin/jrelet v2mixer use native you installed
        3. (option) install ffmpeg 5
          1. go inside v2mixer/bin/com.livev2.v2mixer_libfolder
          2. open ffmpeg-linux-x86_64.jarby archive manager
          3. delete libav*and libsw*
      4. ArchLinux distribution
        1. the v2mixer-bin
  3. Uninstall v2Mixer
    1. Apple macOS
      1. portable mode
        1. just remove the folder, for example move to trash
    2. Microsoft Windows
      1. installer mode
        1. right click the v2mixer in start menu
        2. select uninstall
      2. portable mode
        1. just remove the folder
    3. Linux
      1. portable mode
        1. just remove the folder
  4. Updatev2Mixer, unzip the v2mixer-update.zip to(overwrite all) where v2mixer install to
    1. Apple macOS
      1. for examplev2mixer in the Documents
      2. double click the update.zip
      3. right click the v2mixer folder select copy
        1. if you do in the same of v2mixer folder, you may got v2mixer 2, if that, you have to copy all inside v2mixer 2and paste to v2mixer folder
      4. goin Documents
      5. right menu select Paste Item, overwrite all if ask
    2. Microsoft Windows
      1. for examplev2mixer install on d:\mydir\v2mixer
      2. same as install but portable mode above, select folder to examplethe d:\mydir
      3. overwrite all if ask
    3. Linux
      1. same as Microsoft Windows

    1. in enterprise license, you installer file should be get from you company.
