- crop any shape from video

- the source X
  - mean the image will cut from this X
- the source Y
  - mean the image will cut from this Y
- the source width
  - mean the image width is this offset the X
- the source height
  - mean the image height is this offset the Y
examples
- see the image, the video already cut from 100,100 and size limit to 900*600
  - so the image get from video should be from 100,100 to 1000,700
note
- this's always process as top. mean if exist, all other effects after this, so process this result not original image.
  - for example, Effect Image Maskat x:100,y:200, but with this X:10,Y:20 because mask always after this, so the image of mask process is already cut, so will be X:110, Y:220
- the resize quality control by Effect Zoom Encode
- subtitles are not supported, it requires Effect Ass Resize
