- the parameters
- the target width
- mean the object will resize to this width
- the target height
- mean the image will resize to this height
- the target X
- mean the object will play to this X
- the target Y
- mean the object will play on this Y

- see above image, the target width 1280 height 720 is the video size, is can be the original size or video 1920x1080 size but you resize to 1280x720
- so as image, because the project set width is 1920, height 1080, the final(program) video should be 1920x1080.
- you resize layer 0 video to 1280x720, so it small than final video.
- next you move layer 0 video to X=600, Y=100, mean left padding 600pixels, top padding 100pixels.
- then you got the layer 0 video as window like on the final video.
- note
- try get the position from
screen rulerfor the exact value, such the x,y, width,height. - this's always process as last, whatever other effects do, at last, the result alwasy resize to target Width, Height and paint to target X,Y
