• the Effect is the main function on v2mixer, all media  content will process and only by Effect before the Export.
  • it mean you want resize the video, you have use Effect, change the color also by Effect.

• in v2mixer doesn't have the menu you have to set, all job as Effect, you can add the Effect button at top in the middle of the window.
  
  • add Effect mean to current Edtior target, so select chapter you want, then click "Edit" as the Editor target before this. see known v2Mixer Main Window functional area 2
• then you can select one of them, click, enter the value you want. for example, the Effect Play Speed
  
  • the factoris the Effect parameters, mouse over you can see the tool tip for what it's
  • the time begin and time end is the common of Effect, all Effect have this.
    • the time beginis the time of Effect you want start
    • the time endis the time of Effect you want end (keep default mean all)
    • you can add any aeffect for different time, for example
      • you can add Play Speed with 0.5 factor for just 00:00:00 to 00:10:00
      • then add again  with 2.0 factor for 00:40:00 to 00:50:00
      • that two of Effect will enable(and disable) that time you set, with different factor you set.
    • bacause Effect Play Speed you add, the chapter time will changed.
      • for example you add with 0.1 speed, you will see the video time change from 01:23 to 13:50, the time now x10
      • so v2mixer will immediately reflect these effects you set. you can preview in program player(the right player panel) after add.
• then click the OK to create, you will see it icon in the list.
  • the icon are their initial capital letters when English or first two character other languages.
• the Effect process order same you create.
  • but you can move next to up to change it's order.
  • for example, Effect Move Resize to X=800, Y=600, Effect Color Focus with green
    • the video you select will move to 800x600, then do search and set the color focus
• most effect with preview, you can seek the Edtior target(left player) to right time, then adjust the effect value, the preview will show in the Program target(right player).
  • to do the preview, first we need seek the Program target(right player) to right time(the target time better for effect),
  • then pause the  Program target(right player) keep current image, (if not pause, preview will disable).
  • seek the Edtior target(left player) to right time, also pause the player,
  • adjust the effect value, the left player image will process with the effect then show in the right player image.
    
• the video effect doesn't have the target area, doesn't mean effect only work for whole video image, think this way:
  • video1 can import again as video2 layer over up the video1
  • add Effect Image Cutfor video2 keep only target area
  • add Effect Move Resizefor video2 move into offset position(the x,y you cut of)
  • now video2 only target area over up video1, because same video so content unchanged.
  • now add specific Effect for video2 will effect the target area only.
    • the area of video1 but cover by video2, will ignore, content outside the area will keep the unchanged..
