Voice to Subtitle - video editor

Voice to Subtitle, is v2mixer cut functionin Editor
- subtitle output SRT format, can use to movie player or v2mixer
befor all, thing need to known:
1. v2mixer (standard/profession edition) this function design for offline mode, it mean never post the voice to server, you need download the model to start, see below.
2. to speed up, the Vulkanis recommend, check the video card drivers already new version
  - fallback to CPU mode if doesn't have.
to start the subtitle, need add an audio or video with audio to transcribe or translate.
then select the audio chapter, click Edit set as Editor target
click Cut active Editor main function
on diloag select "voice to subtitle"
select an model file, language, and strategy
- here is the about model file
- language can be auto, will check the samples for the language, but set an langauge is recommend.
- strategy can be custom, only for who known what's that..
keep the VAD precision 100, change it to 0 only if the subtitle delay.
click Queue, the job will be in the queue button
- it will flash prompt after done
- click it open the list, click the info icon to open the srt file
- add to project
