Effect Pixel Matrix, Convolution Matrix

- perform a specific convolution calculation for video/image, for more see Kernel_(image_processing)

- kernel, the kernel for convolution matrix, see the example.
  - must NxN, so can be 3x3, 5x5, 7x7, can't 2x3, 3x4
- factor, the factor fo kernel, for 1,1,1 ,1,1,1 ,1,1,1 kernel this should be 1/9 = 0.111111
  - factor can be 0.11 for all channels, or 0.1,0.2,0.3 mean 0.1 for Red, 0.2 for Green, 0.3 for Blue
  - let factor value as 0, v2mixer will countfor you.
- plus, the value plus for all
  - plus is for all result, can be 0.1 plus for result all channels, or 0.1,0.2,0.3 for Red,Green,Blue
