improve
- blur mode high level slow the speed, a little.
- glass mode high level doesn't slow the speed, times will, very.
  - higher value of times are smoother but slower.
- block mode, high level same as the blur mode, but reduced exponentially by high times.
  - times is the block size, for larger images try larger value
note
- try use times 2 of block mode replace for blur mode will got 2x speed up for larger size content, such 4K video
- add many time the block mode 1 level 32 times enable as mosaic with specified time begin to end
